Nature gives us many sources of fat. In both fat and no fat is good for consumption. Fat is good, we call unsaturated fats.

Unsaturated fats are divided into two, monounsaturated fats and polyunsaturated fats. One type of polyunsaturated fats are Omega-3 fatty acids.
Omega 3 can be found in deep water ocean fish (such as sardines and salmon), walnuts, flaxseed, soybeans, canola, and egg yolks.

Benefits of Omega-3 fatty acids which is very well known is that it helps fetal brain formation. In addition, good fats is also useful for:
