For women, having dark knees can interfere with beauty performance especially for those who love to wear a mini. Overcoming this problem is quite difficult if you are not careful in performing maintenance.
Dark knee is the result of accumulation of dead skin cells on the knees. If the skin cells are not removed, they darkens to interact with the oxygen present in the air.
Here are simple tips to use food that can help disguise your dark knees.
1. Scrub oatmeal
One of the best ways to disguise the color of your knees with oatmeal. Mix two tablespoons of powdered oatmeal with two tablespoons of fresh cream teas or honey. Mix well and then apply on your knees and gently massage using your fingertips, leave for a few minutes and then wash with cold water. Oatmeal works as an exfoliator or exfoliating dead skin cells.
2. Baking soda
Baking soda is an excellent natural scrub. mix baking soda with water to form a pasty. Apply on dark knees and allow about 5 minutes. After that wet your hand and start rubbing your knees and then wash with water. Dry your knees but keep it a little wet because you must immediately applying a moisturizer.
Mix one tablespoon of almond powder with fresh cream. Apply it on your knees and massage for 10 minutes. After the massage is finished, let stand for 5 minutes and then wash off with warm water. Dry your knees and apply a moisturizer.
4. Olive oil
Olive oil is not only a dark knee heal, but also soften the skin on the knees.
Heat a little olive oil and rub it on your dark knees and scrub gently. You can also use warm coconut oil.
Lemon is a natural bleach to disguise the dark color of your knee with regular use. Wash the knee before the start rubbing using lemon. Do this for 10 minutes, let it dry and then rinse with cold water. Do this treatment as many times as you want in a day, and do not forget to apply moisturizer on your knees every time care.
